1. OK …so the GYM is my friend I tried on a dress at the dress barn and I am in a size 2 petite….down from 6 petite…I AM SO YIPPY!!!

  

2. Came home from the dress barn and my husband FIXED THE DISHWASHER!!!!! yeah DOUBLE HAPPY!!!

  

3. Started reading Dr. Caroline Leaf’s book called : THE GIFT IN YOU.

It about all the different types of thinking…how we learn best…there are 7 different types.

I better be careful about LOOK AT ME WHEN I AM TALKING TO YOU!!! or……………YOU ARENT EVEN PAYING ATTENTION TO WHAT I AM SAYING!!!

I do think I will understand better and stop being offended by some things through reading this book.

4. I got a gift card to Christian Book Store …a blessing to me :0)

I got Dr. Caroline Leaf’s second book called WHO SWITCHED OFF MY BRAIN?

It’s about toxic thoughts and emotions.
