Little garden goodies

The beauty of red in the garden is amazing against the greenery.

And these mushrooms, even with the cut grass blown all over them, were an interesting find. I dont know what they are but they are thriving right there.

Little road trip goodies

We headed out to the FLC conference and took a little time to look around. Clinton has some created trolls, Eagle Point walking trails, and towers overlooking the Mississippi River; we even crossed the river to Illinois and found a little lake to enjoy the breeze.

Snaffoo to Snuggles

My daughter was part of the worship team for FLC, but childcare for the practice times wasn’t quite worked out for her. Good thing LALA and NANA Jen were around to pick up the slack!

We had my 4 grand (not many photos; we were busy) – we went for walks, kept them occupied, and it all worked out.

Conference worship

This group of 4 different churches coming together to do worship was awesome. They ushered in the presence of God and left all of it out in the field for Jesus. I was so grateful to be in the room, watching what God is doing in my daughter’s life in the area of worship. I can still see her at 4 years old singing her first solo in the church with a big ol’ microphone in her tiny little hands. So wonderful to be alongside her on the journey.

God did so much this weekend. Refreshed me. Restored me. Gave me new directives and joy! I am so thankful to the Lord and His people for their love and care.
