To conquer fear I must always act without hesitation and the flutters in my heart will vanish. – Og Mandino
I love this quote…this is a most recent lesson that I have learned. I had a situation recently where my heart was pounding out of fear and my first intinct was to stop and retreat…but after careful consideration and some wisdom sought from a wise friend…I pressed into the fear and It did vanish. Rest returned to my heart. I learned still in some areas I can see where fear stops me dead in my tracks. This was my testing lesson after writing my book…I have noticed that since I wrote it I am being walked through it again in testings…so far passing them – :0) and learning further through them.
|1Jo 4:18||There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.|
Fear is the tormentor of the ages…we fear death, life, relationships, darkness, light, success and failure….and yet we die daily in someway through growth and are renewed right into life….and find we are happier on the other side. We have only relationships everywhere in this life with others and ourselves….treat yourself with love and love others and fear not …for love has no fear. We say we fear to love…but the truth is we fear the possibilty of hurting when we love because no one does exactly what and how we want love. How would we love more if we never were hurt…love overcomes hurt. Be open..to learning to love with a great kind of love.
The darkness is not as bad as we think…and that is the problem…we think darkness is bad. God says the darkness and the light are both the same to Him in Ps 129:12 ….In the darkness is the moon….and in the day is the sun …and the moon is the reflector of the sun…and who is the reflector of the SON of God…we are.
There is no need to fear the light…for when the light shines we can see…we dont like that cause you can see the cob webs and dust bunnies in the soul. SWEEP!!!
When we are fearing success it mostly has to do with what others will think if we do..will they be happy for us? Will they celebrate with us? Will they not be jealous of us but rejoice with us?
Fearing of failure has more to do with our want to know it all now and not have to go through the learning…but the learning to overcome failure builds faith and character.
LIVE LIFE…and let fear go …ACT instead…press in…and the pounding of the heart will subside soon enough…and you will smile cause YOU DID IT..and you are still ALIVE!! :0)
