My thoughts today have turned a bit sober.
Why is it that bad things happen??
Disasters, Sickness, Death, Hatred…
Somehow it is all so removed from us until it comes knocking.
Pounding in memories
Flooding houses
A friends call of not so good news
The violence on TV of whole cities of people being killed by their ruler
Life just seems cruel and unkind sometimes
But when we pass through the “seems” and dig underneath there are stories of people who come to mend, those who come to stand by, those who come to rebuild, those who come to fight.
And it is in those moments that we can SEE HIS LOVE!
There is song has been playing in my head, my daughter and I have been singing it…. WE must REMEMBER what HE did for US when we are in the middle of our trials, when those calls come, when the not so good news is on your door step.

This seems to be the theme of my week. Why do bad things happen? Questioning our God, as I have done many times this week. The more I question, the more I hear. I hear Him pulling the strings tugging at me.. you.. all of us. He is amazing as He shifts our view and allows us to SEE HIS LOVE! Blessings, Misty
