Psalm 144:1-2 Blessed be the Lord my Rock,
Who trains my hands for war,
And my fingers for battle—My lovingkindness and my fortress,
My high tower and my deliverer,
My shield and the One in whom I take refuge…
I’ve been under the weather. Today I felt a heaviness in my head and a sore throat when I woke up. I pushed through it to do what I needed to do but then I sat down on the couch and began to whine and complain about how I felt. Then all of the sudden, this warrior faith rose up in me. I got up and began to declare in Jesus name healing and to call out the devil and his lies. When I was done my head didn’t feel heavy and the soreness in my throat subsided. How often are we in agreement with what you feel or see instead of decreeing what will be by the power of Jesus name?
God trains us to war and battle!! Are you listening to the Spirit rising up in you in this season?

Father, thank you for training your children to war and battle against what the enemy and this world throws at us. For the weapons of our warfare are mighty for the pulling down of strongholds. God you are faithful and that is why we can stand in faith believing that you are fully able to do far above all we can ask or think. Thank you for the healing power of Jesus blood that not only cleanses of our sin, but also heals all our sickness and disease, it redeems us from the pit. Thank you Jesus for your sacrifice. You laid your life down so that we could have life and life abundantly! Give us ears to hear the Spirit who teaches us. May we cooperate with Him. May we stand and declare, pray and praise, and receive the gift of obedience. You are our lovingkindness. You are our fortress. You are our high tower. You are our deliverer. You are our shield and the One in whom I take refuge. In Jesus name.
Thank you for praying and listening,
Starla
