Do you love the QUESTIONS?

Reading SIMPLE ABUNDANCE  by Sarah Ban Breathnach, entry DAY 2 and a quote from this stuck out to me…

– Rainer Maria Rilke

unsolved things in our hearts….do you have those??

Patience is not the easiest thing for me, it can feel like you are hanging on a cliff with your bare fingers just w-a-i-t-i-n-g for something to happen, to change, to move…

Yet it is in this time of being patient that we can start to Ask The Questions…

Maybe we dont like to ask the questions because just thinking about them opens a space in our spirits and souls that beckons us to answer the questions. But here we see in this quote…it just reaches out to us to LOVE THE QUESTIONS.

Love them??

But they bring uncertainty…at least we think they will.

Love them??

But they cause a deep longing…a certain feeling that something is missing.

Do we just want to float by….not asking …so that we can stay comfortable…
OH!!?? COMFORT….the agitation alone just from asking ourselves questions causes discomfort…

In this entry it goes on to say : Do not now seek the answers which cannot be given you because you would not be able to live them and the point is to live everything, Live the questions now…

But how do you do that?? You let the questions rise instead of ignoring them!!

What do I want in life?

What is it that I find myself seeking after…longing for? (a quiet place, a hide away, a group of people, a place to make my mark on things)

What makes me happy? (where am I most vivacious, filled with energy)

What causes me distress? (the people who cause drama, the situations that tax your energies)

listen to those little prompts within…

These questions aren’t easy…the knowing of them requires courage to make change or at lease let it happen. To let go of thinking you always have to put others before yourself. To let go of thinking you have to be all things, to all people at all times. To let go of the hindrances that stop you from growing and blooming in a place just you were created for instead of holding yourself back.

I am not talking about getting out of your responsibilities but to align yourself to be more calm within, to thrive in life, to find a peacefulness around you…where you can stop living life were you have maxed yourself out. Leave the ragged, frazzled, angry, stressed out, not happy, brooding, moody ways and walk on in ease.

ASK and LIVE the QUESTIONS….because just the asking of them will bring change…EMBRACE IT!

Thanks for Listening
