Looking at ourselves and our behaviors good or bad, right or wrong….is healthy. When we take the time to see who we are honestly and truthfully, seeing the wonderful ways that we are and also seeing the parts that we shun…we gain a realistic perspective of ourselves and we live BETTER inside our own souls.
